Urgent: Students have teacher rights despite correct licence
Hello together!
Unfortunately, since the last update / for 2-3 months, Minecraft Education can no longer be used in class, as all students have teacher rights. There have already been several posts on this topic in the forum (see examples) and it is always advised to allocate the correct licences. However, the licences have already been allocated correctly. All pupils have pupil licences in the admin board and all teachers have teacher licences. However, this does not change the fact that in the game itself all have teacher rights. This means that as a teacher I cannot change the status of the students. This makes the programme almost unusable at the moment.
Since Microsoft does not offer support, we are at a loss. It would be great if others who have the same problem and the advice to change the rights in the Admin Center does not help, would also post here.
I attach links to the similar posts that have not been solved yet. It seems to be a bug in the programme. Thank you very much for your support!

Stefan Huber - I am wondering if the classroom features which were added have interfered somehow.
So perhaps we can summarize the problem everyone has here and make sure everyone has put in help tickets? Could you tag the other posters? It would be great to make sure these teachers are getting helped and the whole community is supported. Thanks for linking the topics!

The problem is definitely a bug on the part of the program or Office 365. I documented the problem in this video: Fehler Minecraft Berechtigungen - YouTube
- Default setting: Students join the world as members.
- What happens: Students join the world as operators.
- Default setting: Cheats / Commands disabled.
- What happens: Students can activate cheats and commits by themselves
- Neither via the menu nor via the command /deop I can revoke the operator rights of the students - the error message "too high permission level" appears0 -
Hey there, I've created a ticket with you so we can look deeper into this.
I've recently learned a few things that may cause this that we can dig into there.
