Still problems with IOS and Python AZNB

I use a Mac at work (yes, you should feel sorry for me!) I have had to bring in a personal device because the update does not work at all on my Mac Catalina 10.15.7 I thought I had posted about this already, but I cannot find my previous post; sorry (or I would add on to that one.)

In any event, I have the same issue on my iPad. I cannot access the Python AZNB stuff at all. I can get to Python via Makecode, but when I try on my iPad Air 3rd gen software version 13.6 I see the same lovely message, whether I try to make my own code or access the reference guide.

I deleted all traces of Minecraft off both devices, including all worlds, etc. Clean sweep. please let me know this is on the list of eventuals. =D I know you are working hard out there.

  Debbie Alexander Sorry for missing this, we are aware of this bug with some Python AZNB pages. I'm not sure when it will be fixed, but hopefully soon! I have added this back to our Codebuilder known issues page here (I removed it a couple weeks ago since we stopped seeing any reports of it): Known Issues with Coding – Minecraft: Education Edition Support

  You should be able to resolve it by clearing your browser cache. Hope that helps!

  Justin I cleared the cache in Chrome and Edge and the problem, sadly, persists.

  Debbie Alexander I'd try clearing cache on Safari if you're on a Mac. We've had success with that. Let me know if that still doesn't work.

  My surge of hope was dashed!

  I did this:

  Safari for Mac

  1. Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
  2. In the Clear field choose All History
  3. Click Clear History.

  But still no luck. I will restart just in case. =/ ***edit*** restarted, Reset code builder, entered and exited MakeCode, entered and re-tried.

  I'll inform the team the workaround isn't working along with sending them the information you've provided here. Hopefully it will help in their investigation. Thank you, and while I don't have an ETA on a fix for this, hopefully it is soon.
