Help needed
Hello, there,
I have sent 5 messages to technical support about my questions and nobody replied. I will put my questions here and hope someone can help me.
- We have purchased 14 licenses. As students will take their own Chromebook or laptops, do we need to remove their licenses so that we can use for the following week’s students?
- I have gone through the process and log in the Minecraft Education, download the software, but it keeps reminding me that I need to purchase the license even though we have 14 licenses purchased.
- Do you have recommendation of website to start for us? I checked the website, but new application is different from what we used to use and it will be good for you to give us some guidance.

I'm not seeing your support tickets in our system. Where did you send these tickets in so I can see what's going on?
As for your issue, you can assign a license, then when they no longer need it you can unassign/reclaim the license and add it to a user who now needs it. If you get an error logging in, make sure there is a Minecraft: Education Edition license assigned to your account.
