Summoning a level 2 farmer

I have looked everywhere for this! I know how to summon a farmer in creative mode using: summon villager ~ ~ ~ minecraft:spawn_farmer

I don't know how to bring on a level 2 apprentice though so he won't change professions. Any ideas?

  I do not see commands for this anywhere in EDU.

  However, if you trade with villagers, they do level up easily.

  I am asking team about this because I am unsure of this. Debbie's post is great for your request though and I would try that. If the team comes back with other information, I will let you know.
