Minecraft EE 1.17.31.2 available in Google Play requires Android 8.0 and up?

I have a tablet with Android 11. I've found the Minecraft EE App in Google Play Store (version 1.17.31.2). According to the description of the app, "requires Android 8.0 and up", but the install button is disabled and the message "This app is not available for your device" is shown.

Is Minecraft EE available for Android 8.0 and up or not?

  Minecraft EDU can be played on Chromebook, Mac, iPad, and PC. It is on the Google Play Store, and helps install to Chromebooks from there. See more here:

  Thanks. It's only available for Chromebooks then?

  But the description of the app says Android (not Chrome OS)?

  Currently it is available for Chromebooks, but not Android devices.
