Hello! I hope you and your son are well! I am not sure about this, but I have a few clarifying questions that may help others answer: Are the worlds you wish to export on an iPad you own at your own home (or belonging to you) and they were signed in with the school account? (*Just clarifying that you have physical access to the device.*) Does your son know if he was in the habit of uploading his files to the cloud? (*iPads don't typically have much space for worlds, so this is common practice. If so, was it to a school email, and does he have access to that account?*)

I'll tag some folks who might be better at this: Penny Dan Noble Merry Hofmeister

Debbie is correct that the worlds are saved to the device they were created on. If you wish to recover the worlds you will first need access to the device itself. Then you can login with whatever account you have access to and then you will want to export the worlds you want saved. From whatever location you export to, so long as it's an external source, you can then import that world to your new device. Importing and Exporting Your Worlds

If you have access to the device that the worlds are saved on.

Here is a link to where you can find the files https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4404785703316-Location-of-World-Files

These files may not be of much use unless your son's new school has an education edition account for him though since you can't convert Education Edition back to Bedrock.

    Hi Guys.

    You're fabulous.

We can access the iPad, just can't sign in because his old school email is expired. I read the article about the location of worlds files, however, I can't access the folders and files on iPad freely because of the restriction of iOS. I used a tool named iFunBox to copy some .mcwold files to my Mac, but I recently have to way to verify those files. I decided to wait till my son get the school email from his new school and then try to sign in the Education Edition again. I wish the worlds won't be reset when the account changed.

Thank you guys, and I will update.
