Possibly an internet problem? Try downloading the world. Go into settings and find "Export World". It will download it. Make a new world and input the world data into that (is there a possible import world, ive never done this). If that doesnt work, I dont know what. I suck at tech so sorry if this doesnt help

Thank you Cameron for trying to help, yet the world crashed seconds after we opened it.

    Greetings!

Is this only happening with this world or all worlds? Are they able to play in solo worlds?

Hi Dominick, so far it's only been happening to this world. For your last question about solo worlds do you mean the castle world or just solo worlds in general? Also one of my kids said that the world file may be corrupted and I have no idea what they mean by that.

Sorry to clarify, I mean any world that they try to load in general. As for the solo question, does this happen when they do a multiplayer session or play in a world by themselves? As for the corrupted world, this can occur if students have installed any mods, custom skins, and texture packs. Please check with the students to see if this may be a cause.

Other worlds are fine when they join and leave, and the castle world seems to be the only one that crashes. We play in a big session after school and I just checked solo it still crashes. I'll send out a email and check if anyone installed a mod or not. Thank you for helping I'll check back later!

So I'm back and most of my students said that no one tried to add any mods or resource/texture packs.

Hi, Michelle Abba - one thing that has occurred in our school is that students have corrupted files when they have run out of space on their computer. This occurs when an individual students profile on the local machine has saved a lot of Minecraft worlds already and there is no more room on their account because of the settings they have for how much space their individual account is allowed to save. When they leave the world at the end of their previous session they don't have the sophistication sometimes to watch and make sure the world is successfully saved when they exit. Then when they return they do not have a successful return the previous world. When they go to try to play the world again, they will see a grade out representation of the world and they will not be able to open it. The solution to this sometimes is to go to their private location and their account on the specific machine they are using and delete mcworld files. This has helped me on PCs. I have not found a solution for when this has occurred on iPads. When worlds are not saving on iPads in my experience I am most suspicious of the connection through Meraki in the wireless, but I have no proof of it at this time. This is my best suggestion. Let me know how things are going. Good luck and have a happy new year.
