MakeCode not working through edustar HELP
Help wanted. I have had MInecraft Education set up at my Victorian government primary school. All the student accounts are set up and working. We login and can use minecraft for Ed but cannot use any of the coding/ MakeCode. If i use internet that is not running through edustar ie my phone it works just fine. Is there a way to run it through our network or any fixes. HELP please. our Tech has not been helpful at this point....

Hello Felicity Burman,
It sounds like edustar is blocking access to the coding functionality. Can you ask your admin to take a look? This article may help: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide-

Having same issue, and I have gone through the admin guide, and all the necessary URLs are whitelisted but the diagnostics tool has identified that the URL https://trg-minecraft.userpxt.io is not getting through yet it is whitelisted. Is this a port issue?

I had help through the department. Here is the list of URL's I was given to give the tech to ensure they are whitelisted. Phil I see that URL is on my list ... Our minecraft for Ed MakeCode is now working, YAY, kids are thrilled to say the least and coding like champions. Sorry I am not much help but maybe you can cross check against this list below.
What URLs do I need to allow?
