i get into minecraft education edition it says to check my connection. i disconnect from my wifi and connect again. i try to click the sign in button but it doesnt work.

Thanks for posting. Are you on Windows? It sounds like you might have two versions of the app on your machine. If you remove one, the issue should resolve.

I have the same issue but just download the app once. The message said that I must check my Internet connexion but it can't be the real problem. All of my others games rules well, so it must come from Minecraft. I don't know what to do...

I have the same issue. I went back to every machine and uninstalled even if there was only one instance... basically starting over. One time the login will work, another time we get the internet service error, for what seems like no apparent reason. We discovered later today that if the student right-clicks on the application icon and chooses to run as administrator it will work. I have to enter my admin credentials in the process, of course. So it appears as though it's a permissions problem. I'll have IT check the port allowances for students.

I am also having that issue. I deleted my older versions of Minecraft education and downloaded the windows store version. I am still getting this issue. How do I fix it?
