Direct purchase does not work

I've been trying to purchase licenses for several hours now, and no matter what I do, I cannot get to the page where I can buy them.
We are a school in South Korea and I was advised by Microsoft support to buy individual copies using this guide:

After I click "Get started", I see the eligibility page, and it leads nowhere from there. The email that I use there is the email from free version of Office 365 that I registered just to buy MEE. I registered as a school btw.
Couple of weeks before, somehow, I was able to install a trial version of MEE, but when I try logging in now, it says that my account is not valid. When I login to Windows 10 microsoft store, and click on the name of my school, I see MEE there, but there is no option to purchase it.
Please help!

Hello Yoo,
Your Office 365 account is most likely not labeled as an EDU tenant. Go ahead and get it verified here: https://www.msacademicverify.com
