    Hi, Advik. That's no fun, sorry. We'd like to help. Can I get some more information, so I understand better?
    You say you are loading the app. Have you already downloaded and installed Minecraft Education? Or are you still trying to install it for the first time?

    If you have installed, have you ever opened it before, and it worked, or has this always been a probelm?

    You say you re-downloaded, so I am assuming you are uninstalling and reinstalling? Is that what is happening?

    I have downloaded and installed Minecraft education before. The first time it did not work, and i tried re-downloading a couple times, but to no avail

    Sorry to hear you are running into some issues downloading Minecraft Education.

    Does it give an error message? How far do you get?

    While I press the sign in button the game just freezes and when I finish signing in nothing happens. I tried using the demo and once I accept the terms, the game freezes again and I can’t play because none of the buttons work and I have to force quit.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This error can be triggered by a several different causes.
    We are still investigating the cause of some of them, and It would be much appreciated if you could answer the following questions to the best of your ability:

    Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

    1. What model of Mac device are using? Is it an Intel or M-Series based CPU? This can be confirmed in the "About this Mac" menu. Get system information about your Mac - Apple Support

    2. What version of Minecraft Education are you running?

    3. Are you using a school managed device or a personal one?

    4. Are you using a school network or a personal network?

    5. Can you successfully log in when using a separate network like a mobile hotspot? This will help us determine if the issue is on the device or network level.
