I am not able to log in to Minecraft Education Edition despite of having the  license

Hello,

My friends  and i have been working with Minecraft education edition for a while now but since today we are not able to log in to Minecraft Education Edition. We are receiving a screen saying we were unable to sign you in please make sure you are signing in with your school or orginizational account. i did everything but nothing is working...

  and when i try hitting try demo lesson nothing works

  i checked all the system requirements and my computer is way above them, I don't know what to do someone please fix this.

  Can you confirm with your IT Admin that all users are still licensed? Generally, that's the only reason we would see this issue for multiple users.

  I wanted to jump back in and see how things were going for you and if your IT Admin was able to confirm that you're licensed? 
  
  If you are, we have had a few others users report they get this error on specific devices. Could you try the steps on this forum post and see if they work for you?
