Sign in issues
I am a 6th grade student. in the beginning of the year to the 2nd semester, I have used Minecraft Edu for Build challenges and sometimes for class projects. after I came back for the second semester, It stopped working. It said I needed to the button to sign in and I did and it said I couldn't because there wasn't connection, several times throughout the semester i've tried this until now, the only way I got it to work was by downloading on my personal chromebook using the same school account. It seems that my sister had the same problem before. Can you fix this?

I understand how frustrating it can be when you can't sign into Minecraft Education. Let’s work together to get you back on track.To assist you further, I have a few questions, please make sure not to include any personal information, such as emails, passwords, etc.
1.) When did this issue start occuring?
2.) What devices and Operating systems are experiencing the issue?
3.) Any devices it does not reproduce on?
4.) What version of Minecraft Education Edition are you running? This can be confirmed in the lower right hand corner of the main menu
5.) Did you have to type username and/or password or did it try to sign in automatically before you saw the error?Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!

1. The issue started in the beginning of the 2nd semester on my school, about early December, early January, I'm sorry for not writing a report earlier, it popped in my head this morning.
2. On a windows computer.
3. If you are asking in which device it isn't working in, then Windows computer.
4.version 1.20.23
5. No there was a button that I had to click that said "sign in" so when I do it says it's unavailable

Caleb, I was able to fix it, there were 2 files of Minecraft Edu downloaded on the Windows device, I deleted one of them and now the other one works.
