Cannot sign in on version 1.20.13

When I put in my school email and password a error type screen shows up and same thing with if  I do a demo lesson, this is only happening on my personal device

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues signing in from your personal device. What is the error message you get when you try to sign in from your personal device? What kind of devices are your personal device and school device?
