Random Pop Ups?
Problem: I'll be playing MEE as usual, but out of nowhere the loading screen pops up, you know with the title.
-Details-
Simply put, the game is crashing but just gets back on. I simply play my world and at random intervals, the loading screen with the big blue letters pops up. While it doesn't impact gameplay significantly it is such a terrible inconvenience. It's at its peak annoyingness when I'm in the middle of fighting some mobs or god forbid flying an elytra. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but if anyone has any idea how to fix this please reply! Thanks for reading!

This pretty strange and definitely sounds frustrating. You shouldn't even need an internet connection once you have entered your world (assuming this isn't a multiplayer world)
Could you share a screenshot or video of this occurring?

Thank you for replying to my issue, to give some insights this strange event occurs both in singleplayer and multiplayer. I also have seen this problem with my brother too, he also seems to experience this bug. If a video is necessary, I will provide it, but keep in mind, it happens randomly so capturing it on film will definitely be a challenge.

If its not doable, I completely understand. This is a very strange occurrence though.
Is your brother using the same device as you, or a different one?
Also, is your game crashing, or are you actually getting a popup in your world?0 -
Is it possible that you have two installs of MC:EDU on your device? Ernie is there a quick way to double-check this? (You are a super help to so many folks!)

Sure thing,
Assuming you are using a Windows device, the easiest way to check is to go to 'Apps and Features' via your Windows search bar and then search 'Minecraft Education' within there.
If you see more than 1 application appear, you will need to uninstall one of them.
It should look like this:

pomiv _ just to rule out a few things:
1. I assume you're playing on a PC - has the PC been restarted since the problem started?
2. Update all your device drivers and try again. Particularly your display driver.
3. Check the app log in Event Viewer right after the problem happens. (Event Viewer==> Windows Logs --> Application) Any event written to the app log at that time?
