Issue with Minecraft Education - Global Resources Reset and Sign-In Freeze

Global Resources Reset: Upon opening Minecraft Education, I receive a message stating, "Global resources reset, resources failed to load previously." This occurs consistently, and I am unable to proceed beyond this point.

Sign-In Button Freeze: After the aforementioned message appears, there is a screen with a sign-in button. However, when I click on the button, it becomes frozen in the pressed position, and the game does not respond. I have to force quit the application to exit.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps on my own, but the issues persist:
- Checked my internet connection to ensure it is stable.
- Restarted Minecraft Education multiple times.
- Verified that I have the latest version of Minecraft Education installed.
- Cleared the cache and app data on my mobile device.
- Reinstalled Minecraft Education to ensure a fresh installation.
Despite these attempts, the problems remain unresolved. I believe that there may be an issue with the game itself or with my account.

From what you describe there may be a VPN or content filter in place. Can you check for any of these filters and toggle them off for a time as test? Also try a different network to see if that helps.
