I just want to clarify for everyone on this post. This post is for the issue when users on iPads are seeing "Native Client." This issue stems from an issue between NYCDOE's federated login and our new login backend and only happens on iPads. If anyone is seeing this Native Client issue and they are not part of NYC, please let me know so we can get a ticket created for you.

The team is still working with NYC DOE IT Admins to mitigate the issue, no new updates at this time.

I am currently having problems with Minecraft education when I try to sign in it says native client and right now I’m using nycstudents.net please tell us when you fix it

We cannot at this time since we are still trying to isolate what is causing this issue. Aaron Goldstein, can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing on your iPad and let us know if you are using any tools like a VPN or content filter with your device and network?
