    For those that are able to log in now - YAYYYY! :D 

     

    For those that still need assistance - 

    Please back up any worlds and uninstall and reinstall from the app store.

    Nehan,

    Because of your limited permissions on your DOE IPad, I would suggest reaching out to your school's IT department to see if they can reinstall for you.

    You can also erase the entire iPad to update it

    Hello, so I'm glad that the issue has been fixed. It works for me, it works for everyone. I'm glad I was able to be a great resource and that all of us were able to fix the issue.
