    There was a Cert issue that has been resolved. After a restart of your device is this issue still occurring? It may be due to a proxy or communication block that is in place. You can try our Beta build (1.19.50) which has more support for proxies. You may need to work with your teacher and IT department to find the cause of the issue.

    I'm not quite sure what this screenshot is showing. 

    What happens when you double click the installed beta download? Are you able to get that far?

    sorry about that Danny! 

    the screenshot was all that the application showed when i hit login while in beta cause whenever I go to the non-beta version of the game it won't even show a screen for the login screen but yes this is as far as I can get. if you need to talk personally here's my email

    alright that sounds good but it'll take a while because on the AppStore i have to register for the beta program but if you want we can get together and fix so said issue

    I had same problem on Windows. Running the program as administrator help to solve the problem.

    Landon! Give that a shot if you can. Also, if you are a student, there is a possibility your IT admin has disabled the ability to download this.

    Danny was mentioning to sign up for the Beta first then try using that build to see if it helps. Let us know your findings.

    oh. sorry i didnt know what he meant. yea i already tried the beta it just does a near relatable problem where the login screen goes plain white

    All good,

    Yeah I would have a chat with your school's IT, perhaps there are some permissions they have set to prevent this.

    oh. I don't think that they have any permissions blocked because it only acts up randomly until after I get and install the OS update and then it runs smoothly everything I tried to do to fix this issue and their results are listed below : 

    *delete and re-install (same issues would still pop up)

    *sign up for beta (a white screen would replace the login screen

    *leave beta after trying the beta (just had the same results before I signed up for the beta of no screen showing up)

    *Making sure links are not blocked (they weren't but they still didn't fix anything )

    *sign out and back in Chromebook (didn't work) 

    *restart Chromebook (it didn't work)

    *made sure no proxies got in the way (didn't work)

    *updated Chromebook (worked but it takes 1-2 months for a new OS build to be launched)

    Just to clarify is it Minecraft: Education Edition that is closing frequently or is it Java or Bedrock?

    Is it a commercially bought license or one managed by the school?

    What kind of device and OS are you on?

    Landon, there's got to be a block on the network or device causing this. Something like iBoss or Sophos may be implemented and need some settings adjusted. Also, double check that there is only one copy of Minecraft Education installed.

    hey Dominick! im sorry but there isn't it will run on any network but after a couple of day's it'll show the sorry cant connect you to the service thing if you want we can make a ticket and i can show you the problem's

    Super unfortunate to see you still having issues with getting signed in. We'll try to get you back on track. 

    Generally, when we've seen this error, it's because you have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed. 

    Just to confirm, what platform are you running on?
