Black title screen

When i open minecraft education in my chromebook, the title screens gets black and freezes. I tried updating my chromebook but it doesn't do anything. I know people did this question before but they dont tell the solution.

  We are seeing this too. I am scheduled to start a ChromeBook based computer club in a couple weeks and I’m concerned this is going to be a major issue.
  Is there somewhere to get updates for this topic?

  We're looking to fix and hopefully hotfix this Chromebook issue within the next few weeks, but it's still tentative. I'll update it here when we have a hotfix: Known Issues on Chromebook – Minecraft: Education Edition Support
  
  I'll also try to pin the main thread about this issue on the forums and update that. 
  
  Is there another place where ya'll would like updates about these fixes? We're open to feedback in this area.
