    I have the same problem on Asus computer Windows 7 and on Hp notebook Windows 10. This problem started about 3 weeks ago.

    Evgenia M By chance, do you have both the .appx (store version) and the .exe (desktop app) versions of the client installed? That will cause this issue. You can check if you have two versions under add/remove programs in Windows. 

    Alternatively, is this a personal device or a school managed device? If it is a school managed device, is there other users running into this?

    It is personal device. I've checked it - have only one version (the .exe (desktop app)

    If it is taking you back to the sign in after trying, it might have the wrong credentials cached. Clear out your history and make sure you are signing into the device with the same credentials you use to play. Also refresh you login information by resetting your password. Some users have reported that the requirements seem to have updated and they need to reset their password.

  • every time I try sign in it says that error code 1200 and takes me back to the home screen
