    If a user that is able to join logs into the device that was not letting the previous student join, does it change the issue at all? This may be due to group policy settings, device management, or if there are content filters installed on those devices. I would contact your IT department to see what may be in place and start there. You can try adding our application as a trusted source to the devices firewall and AV software. I hope that helps.
