My keyboard isn’t working

I play the PE version of Minecraft edu but I sometimes try to connect my mouse and keyboard to it to play. I checked, It is compatible with keyboard and mouse. My mouse works, but my keyboard doesn’t. Weirdly though, I can break blocks by spamming the space button. I set my settings to default but after that I turn keyboard tips on. I also checked that my keyboard board was working by going on to different apps and using it andI also restarted the keyboard.Btw they’re both wireless, I have the Logitech K380 for my keyboard and I’m using iOS15 on an iPad Air that I’m pretty sure has the M1 chip in it. Can you pls fix my problem?
