Hi, We subscribed for Microsoft 365 Education A3 thats is included minecraft education licenses. However, we only can use up to 10trials. Kindly advise.

  You will need to assign the licenses to the users in Admin Center ( https://admin.microsoft.com/ ) Let us know if you can't see them there and we can make a ticket and support you over there.

  https://educationstore.microsoft.com/ is the old way to assign MinecraftEDU licenses, closing soon!

  I was looking all over the admin center, but was unable to find how to purchase or manage the MinecraftEDU licenses, Danny The old store links to stuff like Microsoft Ignite, and products designed to deploy directly to devices.
