Unable to uninstall minecraft edu edition 1.17.30
Hi! The problem I am experiencing is unable to uninstall Minecraft education edition version 1.17.30. I noticed that when I downloaded Minecraft education edition, there were 2 copies of the game installed. One 1.17.32 and the other 1.17.30. When I tried to uninstall both, I was only able to uninstall 1.17.32 copy of the game. When I attempt to uninstall the 1.17.30 copy of the game, I get the error "This action is only valid of products that are already installed." The OS I used when I downloaded the game was Windows 10. Now I have upgraded to Windows 11 and still get that error. Please find a solution for this problem. Thank you!

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. After you run the uninstall try using a program cleaner to remove any leftover files. I hope that helps.

Hi. I am unable to uninstall the extra copy of the game that I don't want version 1.17.30. So a program cleaner did not work. I am not sure if I used the correct one. If you know what program is able to fix my issue please let me know asap. Thank you!

Hi! I used CCleaner but I found out that the program only cleans your computer to run faster and does not fix my issue. Yes, I get an error when I try to uninstall it. The error i get is "This action is only valid for products that are already installed." The OS I am using is windows 11. Please fix my issue. Thank you!

Hi! i have fixed the issue using revo unninstaller for windows 11.
