My Friends Can't Join Me, And I Can't Join My Friends
My friend and I have been playing Minecraft: Education Edition for about a year, and we always join each others' worlds. Today, we tried to play again, but we found that we couldn't join each other's servers. My screen always says that my connection timed out when I join her world, while her screen always says she's unable to join my world. It's a very irritating problem that prevents us from spending time together. Is this a bug/glitch, or something on our end?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is indeed a known issue that is affecting many users. We have our Devs working on this to find a resolution or workaround to provide our users. If you want to help them, can you provide us with your device details like the model and OS version? Check that you do not have any updates pending for your device. Also check our URL list and make sure all are on the allowed list with the network you are connecting with. Hope that helps.

Are your friends from the same school as you?
Do you have commercial licenses or licenses issued by your schools? How about your friends?

My codes do not work and I have tried everything. I also can't join my friend's world. Our updates are the same and we are from the same school.

Got it. What kind of error are you both getting when you try to join them? Can you send a screenshot?
Are they able to join you if you host?
Are you all on the same Wifi network?
