    Are you both on the same network / have the same domain?

    Hey, Danny 

    Thanks so much for trying to find a way to fix it (I am Gabriels brother) we have tried and tried even flippiing thru internets and more and we are playing on Mc edu, its very stressful at this point to not have it work once we where able to connect but after 1 whole minute he disconnected.

    1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?

    2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

    3.) Is this a home network or school network?

    4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

    5.) Can you please provide a screenshot of the error (without any personal info) so we can support you further?
