Minecraft Education not opening on Mac

Hello. So, I downloaded the app on my MacBook Air for it to work. Every time it keeps disappearing when open the app to play. I don't understand why it is doing this. Please help me out :(

I am sorry to hear that this is occurring. Can you let me know more about your device like the model, make, and OS version? Also is this a school device and does the issue change at all when trying a different network? Try having someone else login that has access and see if they are able to open the app.
