my game opens but it closes by itself, opens on a black screen and closes seconds later. I need help as I need to do a school project

I am sorry to hear this is occurring. Can you let us know what type of device you are using, its make, model, and OS version. From what you describe this sounds like the bug that our users are experiencing after the update. Can you try turning up the brightness with a function key on the device once the game opens?
