Minecraft EDU
I purchased Minecraft Edu (30 accounts) in 2014. The accounts have been working fine until recently where I now need to migrate them to Microsoft. When we get to the part where it sends me a code to the original email there is a problem because I do not remember the original email or password. It sure would be nice to talk to someone than email to solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

I will try and assist you through this. My first question is if this is for Minecraft Education Edition or Minecraft EDU? It sounds like this is for the EDU version which is a different version than Minecraft Education Edition. I don't know if it's still supported but you may need to reach out to them to recover that account for you. If it is for the Minecraft Education Edition, we will need the @domain that was created at time of purchase to be able to look up you account. Let me know your findings.

Another resource that might help you is this page: How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account – Home (minecraft.net). This will allow you to migrate to a Microsoft account. And at the very bottom of that page is a "Contact" link that will let you open a ticket with Franchise support. They can help with migration issues.

Since Minecraft EDU is an older version, you may need to look at your purchase to see if there is a contact method you can reach out to. If you don't have access to something like that try this avenue to get some traction Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net) since it was bought out by Mojang years back. Hope this helps.
