Minecraft not installing on Chromebook
After the latest update, the application didn't allow me to move my mouse up or down without constantly left clicking. This was a huge issue for my learning as I was not able to interact with the learning blocks. I tried various solutions but none worked, a couple of days ago i tried reinstalling again for the 3rd time but this time, when I was installing it back into my device it came up with an error "Can't install Minecraft: Education Edition". I am wondering if there is a solution to this because this severely affects my learning ability.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues playing on a Chromebook. One thing to try is to revert the Google play store back to an earlier version. We have seen this resolve strange issues that occur. To install on a Chromebook, make sure you are logged in with an admin account that has permissions to install applications. If that doesn't work, you can also try power washing the device and try installing again. Let us know your findings.
