One Student Unable to Connect to Server

    I have seen this with Group Policys being set to preventing communication outside the school network. You could check her account to see what groups her account has attached to it and remove any you think might be blocking her. If this is a Chromebook, you could also check the extensions she has installed on her browser and remove them. Talk with your IT department and see what they say. Let us know your findings.
