Student has been playing the free trial. Now he can no longer play even though he has logged in less than other students in class.

  Hi there Melody Lang. I'm sorry to hear this student's trial has ended. We're unable to extend the ten logins that this user's student account have. I would make sure that no one else is using his account or make sure he wasn't logging in using that user account in another location, as all of these will contribute to that login limit being met. I apologize for the trouble.

  Melody Lang I have had this challenge occur when my students did not realize that they were sitting at the computer in the Minecraft app - which to their mind was one session - but when they would switch worlds, they would exit their game, and it counted as one full use. This is something I have had to be very careful about ever since. An option could be to access the Hour of Code programs, which I believe are not restricted.
