As of a couple days ago, none of my remote students have been able to join worlds.
They were able to join worlds on these computers last week.
I have checked the port forwarding and it all seems to still be in order but it is hard for me to check since I can't log in from outside to test it personally.
I have students using Ipads and windows PCs and so far NO one from outside has been able to join us and we have not been able to join them.
Re-boots and fresh worlds and different computers have been tried.
Help. I opened a ticket but have not gotten any response.
