Lessons not showing on website (just spinning hexagon)
Hello, we've been having some issues with using the Lesson Search on the website. It works for me in game, accessing the Lesson Library, but the website doesn't. Was hoping for some tips.
We had the Network analyst open up my machine fully to see if it was a port issue, and had no luck. I've added the 3 domains (xboxlive.com, playfabapi.com, and eduction.minecraft.net) to our filter exception and no luck. I can access it elsewhere, but not on our school network. Is there something I should we as an IT dept should be looking to allow for it to work?

As a potential fix can you try adding this domain to the allow list: https://eduapi-management-prod.azure-api.net. We've seen that some schools block out traffic based on geo-location and can cause this issue. Let me know if this helps.
