Depends how long ago you completed the course -- and are you using the same login for your account here as your Microsoft Learn?

Thank you, yes thats the issue, I just checked and I'm logged into different 365 accounts. Is there any way to send the badge from one account to another?

Of course, I will try to assist. To get those badges transferred / email address changed we'll need to take a few steps:

    1. Please provide MEC with the email of the profile you would like your badges transferred too / your new email.
    2. Login to https://education.microsoft.com and get a screenshot of your full profile. You will also need a PDF of your transcript.
    3. Create a new profile on the MEC and open a ticket with MEC support - providing the screenshots and PDF from the original profile.

When MEC finishes their process, it should take about 72 hours for your badges to appear on your account. Please do not post any of that personal information here. Let us know if you run into any issues.

Thanks, I'm not set up to do this, but am working on it. I run a small international school online that I started because the corporation I was working for dissolved leaving my students without the classes they had paid for. Our classes are really fun, we have wonderful materials, the school is rapidly growing, and I would like to expand our curriculum into various online spaces. Gamification and game based learning are for sure a part of our school's future. I''m just not quite sure how to apply these tools right now.  The big issue for us is that we don't have office 365 accounts for all students and getting them would be time consuming.  For many of our students the cost of setting up an account in the US/UK would be prohibitive. I've considered operating the school formally as a non profit, but establishing the school formally is a challenge, I dont have admin or support staff and I'm just one person with very limited time available. I would love to get 365 accounts for the students who want to use minecraft but I just don't think it's going to be practical or possible to do it. This is really dissapointing for me as the reason I started this course was that a couple of students requested to take classes in Minecraft.  I know Minecraft Education Edition is awesome and I'm trying to figure out a way to use it?

You are able to take the commercial route that will create a 365 account for you and a @domain. Refer to this article and see if it's a process that can fit into your time restraints: Purchase Commercial Licenses

This worked, thank you Dominick! I'm going to trial this with one student, who already knows minecraft very well, in class tomorrow.

I'm stoked that it is possible to create a student and assign licences with a username and password within a 365 account, meaning that the students don't need to have 365 accounts themselves.

    Wonderful, great resource, thank you!

Hi Dominick, I set up this account and the MEE licences using my personal email address. The training was completed using university login details. To get the badges transferred is there an email I should send the information requested to? Thanks, Alex

Hi there, I am having an issue where my badges show up in Microsoft Learn but not in MEE. I have the same email address for both but I do not see the Minecraft Eduation Teacher Academy badge nor the Microsoft Esports Teacher Academy (META) Badge or the Mentor Badge that I have acquired. Any suggestions?
