At our school we having a problem that minecraft education not working on a standard user. it will only say: can not connect the required service right now. Check your internet connection and try again. but if i login to the admin user at the same computer it work perfect. what can i do to fix this?

  This leads me to think that your schools network blocks certain communication from students to the outside. First you can try having port 19132 forwarded. Next, I would work with the network team for your school to see if they can trace what's being blocked and allowing that traffic through for students.
