Flying in Creative on the player's own, even when I wasn't moving my player.
I had a lot of worlds. One of them, I used creative to find a village faster (Cuz I love villages). But while I was flying very fast, I saw a shipwreck and wanted to loot it. But when I took my hands off the control, My player was still moving. I pressed shift to go down, but my player still moved forward, and after it was far from the shipwreck, that when it went down. I don't know if it's just something wrong with my laptop, or if it is a glitch, but I was so frustrated, because my laptop was in good quality. That's why I never flew very fast in creative ever again.

James Pan Andrew-L We have also experienced this problem, both on the PC and Mac, but it predated the update.
I thought it might be due to my trackpad, but my grandson has the same problem with no trackpad.
You are moving fine and all of a sudden you are speeding along out of control. The only way to stop it is to hit escape. It doesn't only happen when flying.
I don't know how to reproduce it. It's completely rando. And bothersome.

For example, is the device loading a large amount of chunks in the background (i.e. transitioning to a new area or biome) while running code or redstone projects? Any information helps! Thank you.

There is nothings else wrong with my laptop other than that glitch
