i cant sign in

so when I press the sign-in button my game just closes and on my other computer, it won't do this what can I do to fix this??

  Can you send me information on both of your systems to see what the differences might be that could be causing this issue? If they are windows devices make sure you don't have two copies of Minecraft Education on the device that is failing.
