Every time i try to long on it closes the log on page immediately
I have been able to play for quite a while and suddenly about 2 weeks ago I click on the log-on button, it opens my school's log-on page for a split second and then the log on page closes, changing to this screen.

This is a relatively common error for a general interruption in the log in process. It can have a variety of causes, but generally it is caused by something blocking the connection to our servers/services. First off, can you confirm that all of our URLs are on the allow list? If you're on Windows and has two versions installed (the desktop app and store version), that will also cause this error. Lastly, and especially on Chromebooks, it is common for proxies or web filters that are blocking Minecraft Education to cause this error.
Please clear out your internet cache and history as well. To assist further please let me know some things about your setup.
- What device / system are you playing on?
- What OS version are you running?
- Is this happening at school or home or both?

I am playing on a Chromebook, and this happens at both school and home. If I task manager the blocking extension - which normally works for everything it is still messed up. Plus I have multiple people I know with the same things installed on their Chromebooks and Minecraft works fine for them. I will try resetting my account i just need to figure out a way to save my data. And it looks like i'm on version 96

Let me know if that reset on your account works. Are you the IT admin or able to contact someone that can look at the back end for you to see if our URLs are allowed and that port is forwarded?
