Error message when installing after deleting the old version

how can i solve it
At first he had an old version of Minecraft
It has been deleted but the message appears when installing the new version

So, from what I'm seeing it can't install due to permissions. First you can try opening as admin to see if it will then be able to complete. If not, some machines require you move the download to either the C drive (document folder should be fine) or a local location under the user account and see if it runs then.
