a resource pack that cant get past the home screen and cant open settings
So I was trying to find a resource pack online, and I saw one and tried it out. the first thing I noticed is that if I press the play button, nothing happens. I thought it must be one of those packs, so I press settings and it lags for a few seconds, then crashes mc. I tried using the repair, modify and reinstalled mc, but the issue persists. so I came here to ask if there is a way to save my worlds and completely delete mc, all of the backup files with it, redownload mc, then import the worlds. Or another way I see is a way to get rid of the resource pack within mc or in its files. if neither of those is possible, please find a way to fix this. Thank you.

I apologize for the confusion here. Minecraft: Education Edition does not support custom skins, mods, or texture packs. This helps keep Minecraft: Education Edition stable, as many of these mods aren't designed for Education Edition and will cause the game to have issues. As for saving your worlds, if you are unable to open Minecraft Education and export the worlds from there, you will have to find the files locally and save them to an external source like a USB. Once you have saved your worlds depending on what OS you're using you can go into the control panel-programs-uninstall a program and delete Minecraft Education from there. Then download Minecraft Education from here: Download | Minecraft Education Edition and re-install.
