  so i try to open it and it says access denied  or another instance is running

  Hi there Aden Sabanal. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with Minecraft: Education Edition not running. In this case, you may need to contact your IT admin and have them check to make sure you have proper user permissions on the device.

  it is cause everyone else  can use it but I cant

  The computer may need a restart. If you click on Minecraft Education multiple times it will come up with that error and if you are trying to install you will need admin permissions which a teacher can normally assist with.
