my school has a license but i cant use the full game
my school has a license for MEE, but I cant access the full game, when I sing in, it says "your trial has ended" and "your school needs to perches a license for MEE", BUT THE SCHOOL HAS A LICENCE!! i know thanks to the schools IT guy, if you can somehow fix this, that would be appreciated. (PS. I already finished the free trial)

If your school's IT department says you have a license, but that isn't your experience, and they expect you to have a license and want you to have one, I suggest that you take pictures with your phone or take snips of your screen. Take this info, or email it, and they should be able to fix things, or send in a help ticket and get things straightened up. Hope things work out quickly!
