Minecraft education is not updating
Hello, my minecraft education is not updating, my teacher controls my classes ipads and i do not have access to the app store. I would like to update to the latest version so i can continue with my assignment. And i cannot join my peers worlds because theirs have updated. And i cannot join any servers. Please fix this problem.

First, try logging out and back in. I have heard from some device owners that they needed to do that with their chrome books (logging out of their google account and back in to get the chrome books to update.)
I had to log out and in with my Lenovo windows 10 laptop a couple times before I was able to get it to install the update.
I don't know anything about the macs and Ipads but I did see some articles that noted how to set up of stop updates on the different platforms.
If your teacher or your school controls the device your minecraft edcuation edition is on, you probably need to let them know that your device has not updated properly and you need assistance with it.

Can you explain in more detail on what part of the install process is not working for you? If you are able to download the installer, try running it as an administrator to see if it can install.
