Create world content apparently being blocked
Students are currently logging into mine craft education and can browse the catalog for different features and functions but when they click on create world its returning that the task is apparently blocked
having checked filters at the school I'm not seeing anything that relates to Minecraft being blocked
any suggestions on what might be causing this behavior and how to prevent it from a network administrator perspective would be greatly appreciated

Creating a world requires creating a file on the local computer. What kind of devices are you using?
We have problems with world files not saving on some PCs, but that only happens when exiting the game. It is usually a permissions thing with the user's account. On chromebooks, we haven't had trouble with world creation, only installs or sign-ins. (all fixed - yay!)
I haven't seen the ability to create a world cause a problem except on our iPads, which have trouble maintaining connection over our Meraki switches and filtering, it seems. Don't know if my litany of problems helps. Overwhelmingly things go well. Can you take a picture of the message you are getting?

This could be related to not having the most up to date exceptions in your firewall.
