Hello Zachary and welcome to the community hub! I'm sorry you're having trouble. Minecraft is really enjoyable and it's always sad when things aren't working. People who are using Minecraft for education are either students or teachers, and so I am wondering if you are on a student account. It would help if we know a little bit more about what kind of message you're seeing or what screen you're looking at when you are unable to access your game.

I know in our school, at this time of year, we are arranging the student accounts. What happens in a school is that there a certain number of licenses and the licenses can be assigned to a certain number of users. In some schools there may be enough licenses to assign them to all of the students. In other schools there only may be a certain number of licenses. I don't know, but if you are not able to sign in and you are seeing a message that says your trial has expired or you are no longer able to login this may be the problem.

But if you are a student, your account is definitely school-based. So we are going to have to figure out if you have an account with your school as a first step. And I do believe you that you had an account =] but just having an account in the past doesn't necessarily mean that the school has continued to extend the account to you.

Could it be the fact that I haven't been connected to my school's internet in a while so it doesn't think I'm connected to my school anymore because I'm not connected my school's internet when in logging into education edition
