Why cant conputers join the game when the host is on a tablet?

Every time my sister tries to join on her computer it doesn’t work but on her tablet it works and she barely uses or charges her tablet

  It might be due to the client version she is using. Her tablet might have the current version and her computer doesn't. I would check that and update is possible, to see if that helps.
