Education Edition - Outdated Server - Please don't break Minecraft without more warning to teachers.
Hey - This is a request to the Minecraft Education Edition team.
I have lost a few days of teaching because my students kept seeing Outdated Server. This was caused because hosting was broken with the MInecraft update. I wish that there was a better message for update needed than "Outdated Server." Having to solve this problem with frantic 8 year olds is not a good position to be in. It would be much more helpful if you computer said: "Outdated Server: Please Update Immediately."
On the plus side, MEE has been great this year.

Thanks for the feedback! I can see how it would confuse the students. As a note, most of the time if you stay in the client (without joining a game) for a couple minutes an auto update option will appear. However, this can vary for some devices or how your IT admin pushes out/controls the updates.
