When I find a lesson online, usually I look for a couple of resources that go with what I see on the web page. One resource I look for is the world file. A world file for Minecraft is an MCworld file.
Just like there are files for a Word document that would be docx or doc, and just like there would be image files that might be png or jpg files, Minecraft worlds are MCworld files.
So if you are finding a lesson online, that is the world you need to download to run the lesson. Once you have that file downloaded, You will double click or open that file and it will automatically open in Minecraft. After you have opened it once in Minecraft it will continue to open in Minecraft as usual after that.

Some lessons are already available directly through the Minecraft game.
I hope I didn't misunderstand and you aren't referring to finding the link to the lessons that are already in Minecraft. Let me know if I misunderstood please. Hope this helps!
